    • 1/2 kilogram Onion
    • 1/4 kilogram Parsley
    • 4 tablespoons Falafel Spice: (Cumin, Turmeric, Coriander, and Cayenne)
    • 2 tablespoons Carboneh (baking soda)
    • Salt to taste.
